I've got three Obaku timepieces, and they’re simply fantastic! They exude a subtle elegance, are tough as nails, and are crafted beautifully. I've never faced any issues with my Obaku watches. Plus, the price is quite fair. Big thanks to Obaku for continuing to create these stunning Danish watches!

I really dig this watch! I received one as a gift, misplaced it, and ended up purchasing a new one!! It tells time accurately and arrived promptly, it looks great, and the strap doesn’t bother my skin at all.

I totally fell for an Obaku design (the Ask - Cyan watch), but after I made the purchase, I found out it was out of stock and wouldn’t be produced again. So, I went with another option, the Havre Titanium, which had just one left in stock. Thankfully, it just arrived, but it would be super helpful (and pretty simple) to have a way to see if a design is sold out or if there are just a few left.

I purchased the Sol-Hazel watch from Obaku for my daughter-in-law's birthday, but after she wore it once, the rose bronze on the band started to fade and the leather got all wrinkled. I initially reached out via email for an exchange but got no reply. I then called Obaku four times and even left a voicemail, yet still no response. So, I decided to return the watch with a copy of my receipt, requesting an exchange... and I'm still waiting to hear back. The customer service has been really poor. I'm quite let down by both the watch and the service. I called the number on your site (704-899-5250) multiple times and sent the watch back to the address provided: Obaku, LLC, P.O. Box 49185, Charlotte, NC 28277, Att: E-commerce Return.

This clock is a solid choice, and the delivery was super fast. However, I've got a couple of issues: 1. There’s no info on whether the clock is solar-powered, has a movement, or something else. 2. The battery was faulty.

Smooth transaction, arrived in just 2 days. The watch feels nice in hand. It pretty much showed up just like I thought it would!

I got a watch for my husband's birthday pretty last minute (just 5 business days ahead), even though it said delivery might take 5 to 7 business days. I was super happy when the watch (great gift box!) arrived in just 4 days!

I picked up an Oktant Lille watch as a birthday present for a buddy. Even though the price was listed in GBP, the payment will be processed in euros, so watch out for possible transaction fees from your card provider! No problems at all with the buying process. Communication was solid and the delivery was quick. The watch is beautiful and quite fashionable. Can’t say much more since I haven’t handed over the gift yet!

I'm really fond of this watch. It matches the images on your website perfectly. That said, the strap is a bit bulkier than my old Obaku watch, which makes it tricky to adjust. I can't even remove it without using a tool. The delivery came way earlier than expected and FedEx didn't handle it too well. No issues with the product itself, but I had to trek across town to pick it up.

The arrival of my watch took a bit longer than I thought it would, but the folks at Obaku reached out to me right away. They offered me a choice: either hang tight or get my money back. I got the watch on the exact day they promised.

I couldn't be happier that I chose to wait! The watch is even more gorgeous than what I saw online, the video explaining how to adjust the bracelet was super easy to follow, and it’s a breeze to start using.
